WVSO Strategic Goals
1. Support members by building a positive climate and culture that is inviting to diverse educators. Diversity includes but is not limited to race, age, geographic location, and type of educator.
2. Create leadership opportunities for all members and empower members to take leadership roles.
3. Improve communications between state and chapter levels through regularly updating our website, Facebook pages, and directory information.
4. Encourage chapter presidents to achieve the Gold Rose.
5. Inspire connections among members through shared societal experiences such as State Convention, Leadership Conference, and chapter meetings.
