• Early Fall - Budget Presented - annual
• November 15- Form 18 due to state organization treasurer - annual
• February 1 - Form 40 (chapter finance chair report form) due to state organization chairman - biennial
• March 1 - Form 39 (state finance chair report form) due to International Finance Committee Chairman and International Headquarters - biennial
• June 30 - Deadline for members to pay dues - annual
• July 15 (or as designated by state organization treasurer) - Form 15 (chapter treasurer's report form) due to state organization treasurer - annual
